Now you have entered in first step of creating your WordPress blog/website. You will face a new page of your admin panel as shown below >>>
In 2nd step Click now My Site link given in top left side of the page. You will redirect to a new page and you will ask You don't have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one? Create Site
Click the above button and continue. You will redirect to Choose a domain.
Now type your domain name and you will get your free domain with .wordpress extension. Select your domain and start with Free.
You will asked to select options about What are your goals? Select free option tick the button you want and continue.
You can choose any other free theme as your choice. I prefer a beautiful team named Bitácora.
Download your theme by click on the wanted theme.
In few minutes your theme will be download. Continue to go next.
It was the last step and Congratulations! your blog/website is ready.
